Brand Coordinator


The Brand Coordinator will report to the Go-to-Market Manager. They will collaborate with the Brand, Product, Digital, and Operations teams to support the execution of initiatives such as photoshoots, creative production, retail marketing, internal and external events, and other deliverables. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing. This role is crucial in ensuring that the Marketing team delivers world-class experiences through exceptional execution.



  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department in order to drive world-class customer experiences to internal and external partners by executing critical tasks to support project delivery.
  • Administratively manage our project management platform (Asana) for the Marketing Department, ensuring project plans are accurate, complete, and current to support the go-to-market manager.
  • Partner with external vendors to secure quotes, traffic asset delivery, reviews & approvals, and establish project and production timelines.
  • Order, track, and coordinate sample delivery for internal and external partners.
  • Collaborates with non-Marketing internal groups such as Sales and Operations to support the execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordinates team meetings and manages the VP of Marketing's schedule. This may include, but is not limited to scheduling, booking venues, meals, and travel accommodations.
  • Communicates clearly and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide a positive image of the company when working with co-workers, customers, and dealers.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned to support the Go-to-Market Manager & VP of Marketing.



  • A High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of administrative experience within a sales or marketing function is required. Equivalency to the qualification standard will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with overlapping due dates via exceptional time management.
  • Positive, self-motivated, go-getter mentality, highly accountable, resourceful, and takes a learner’s perspective from failures.
  • Exceptional communication and intrapersonal skills with the ability to foster collaborative partnerships to achieve key initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tool.
  • Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Must have the ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion.


Some college or higher education degree.


Working Conditions:

  • Working Environment: Office Position
  • Physical Demands: Lifting up to 25 lbs., standing for long periods of time. Talking on the phone or at an event, sitting, and answering messages for long periods of time
  • Travel Requirements:   As needed, up to 30% of the time
